Diet was important to Hitoshi, after all, he had to monitor what he ate carefully and mostly plan meals. He wasn't sure when exactly lunch would be, nor if it would be made for them, so it was worth looking at what was available and how similar he could get his temporary diet plan to his regular one. Usually, doing this would result in people comparing him to and old man, but this was something he hoped wouldn't happen here. He hadn't ever been exactly majorly impacted by such comments, but he'd definitely rather avoid them. At least for now he was pretty safe. Little did he expect many people to be in there, having just eaten. Whilst looking around a bit, he noticed Amelia Smith walk into the room. He wasn't too surprised, the other seemed pretty interested in food, all be it the American food he had never even tried before. He greeted her with a smile and a hello, having enjoyed the conversation they had shared earlier that day. The others opinion on what a healthy meal consisted of made him chuckle slightly, yet also peaked his interest. What really surprised him was the entry of Hikaru Sekigawa , the one who barely spoke at all. He hadn't entered that long after Amelia had done, so he felt it'd be pretty rude to just ignore him. With that in mind, he called over to Sekigawa "Good morning, Sekigawa wasn't it?" He smiled once more, his original reason for coming into the kitchen having being postponed in a hope to befriend these two pretty well. But talking to the other was pretty tricky due to how quiet he was, he was sure Amelia would bring some life into the conversation and keep it going. |

Seeing Hitoshi, Amelia hurries over to him. She always felt more comfortable hanging around others than being alone.
"Hey, Toshi!" Due to her lack of ability to really formulate his name, that nickname from before stuck. Was it bound to change? Yes. She wasn't very consistent with those things. She placed her fists in her jacket, but she also turned and eyed this magnificent kitchen. She placed a hand on the marble. It wasn't very different from the rest of the homes decor, but it still fascinated her. It was smooth, shiny, glistening. Being the casual girl she was, she lifted herself and sat on the counter top.
Seeing Sekigawa, she waved two fingers, smiling wide. "What's up, dude?" As usual, she said 'dude' in her foreign language. Knowing these two were Japanese, she kept to that language, despite how awful it came out of her mouth. She also knew how quiet Sekigawa was, and planned on talking to him eventually anyway. Hopefully to get him to open up a bit, even if that chance was small.
She thought about checking through all of the pantries to see what's in there, but since she's sitting, she my as well just say her hellos first.

Sekigawa just eyed the two. "....Hey." He didn't really mind being around these two, since they were strangers to the guy. He thought he could try to make some friends. He hadn't spoken to a lot of people ever since the accident that happened in his past. He took off his hood, revealing his long black hair and bangs. He slowly approaches the two, and has look around the kitchen. But he just gets himself a cup of tea. ".... What brings you two here?" He felt a bit awkward just being there. Like said before, he wasn't really used to talking to a lot of people, especially in small groups like this.
He has look around the kitchen, standing there in awkward, silence. He slowly turns his face away from the two, pretty much just walks himself to the corner of the kitchen. he removed his bandages slightly, and drinks his tea. He didn't even turn around, he just stood there and drank it. Not saying another word after he drinks.

Seeing the other take his hood down made him a little reassured that they weren't too intimidating to the other, taking as a sign of relaxation or at least a willingness to talk. In addition he had actually walked over to join them, another bonus in his book! Finally, he had talked to them, an achievment to say the least. Now he just had to befriend them, or at least attempt to a bit more. He watches the other make his tea, backing up a bit ut of the way of the kettle...Coffee machine...Whatever this kitchen had to make hot beverages.
"Just looking around really, this seemed like a good place to start, don't you think?" He chuckled a bit. "Plus, might as well see what they have in stock here, just in case we have to cook'n'stuff" Another grin, he looked at Sekigawa and then back to Amelia, man her accent was strong but he managed to understand her pretty well.
He then decided he wished to have a drink as well, going to get a hot chocolate mix, he got two and showed one to Amelia "You want a drink too, dude?" Oh god, he was already picking up her catchphrase.

Amelia smiled brightly, feeling almost similar to Hitoshi when Sekigawa removed his hood. She saw it as almost a metaphor of him choosing to open up a bit. She wouldn't intrude as to what those bandages were for, so she remained curious.
"I came here to check out what kind of food was waiting for us." She started kicking her legs in front of her, leaning back on her palms. "See what kinda chips are in stock, meal choices, so on so forth..~" Her tone wavered out, though it remained joyous the whole time.
Though, she stopped in her tracks and nodded quickly at Hitoshi's offer.
"Yeah, I would!" She laughs at him picking up her word, not even noticing how often she says it. "I love chocolate, so that sounds great!"
Already, her diet didn't seem too healthy.

He soon finished drinking his tea and put his bandages back over his mouth. After doing so, he turned around and walked towards the sink to wash his tea cup in silence. "...." He looked up at the two and soon spoke again. "....If I haven't introduced myself yet.... my name is Hikaru Sekigawa...." He said in a monotone voice.
"...Toshi was it?" He asks looking at Toshi.

Happily, he began making the hot chocolates, humming slightly as he waiting for the water go boil. Whilst he waited, he looked at Amelia who seemed way to excited for this drink, as well as seeming to have a rather bad diet. He wouldn't mention this though, it seemed rude to pick up on such an issue so soon. He looked over to the boy as he walked over to the sink, raising an eyebrow in curiousity.
"Ah, yeah. Toshi, Hitoshi, Either works fine" a cheery response to his question. "It's nice to meet you, Hikaru" the bandages made him curious, but again it was too soon to ask.

Listening to the others name, she tried to word it in her head. This one is not easy. She start trying to word the name with her lips, without actually saying it. She was looking down at her hands trying to figure each syllable. But in the end, she gives up.
"Right! I mean, we all met before, but honestly I think it's best to remind me of these names. They're not to easy for me.. But, yeah, good to see you, Karu!" And just like that, she's given him a nickname as well. It makes it easy for her. "Names Amelia."
She scratches her head with a chuckle. "Toshi is the name I used because, well.. Don't take it personally, I'm just still having an issue picking up the language." She smiled nervously at the two, hoping there is no barrier due to her speech.

He asks, with the look in his eyes, it was pretty hard to tell if this one was interested, curious, or just plain emotionless as always. Yes, it would be hard to be friends with him, it was for him to be friends with others as well. He thought to himself. ....Maybe I can try to make some friends... that's what he would want right, and everyone else back at home too... He shook his head getting rid of the thought about his past, and went with the /Try to make some friends at your new school thing/. "So there's only 16 of us at this school right...?" He could be wrong about the number, he didn't really pay attention to everyone that was attending, well, almost everyone.

Hitoshi watched the exchange between the too, finishing off making his drinks before carefully handing the drink out to Amelia, burning his hands slightly in the exchange but it wasn't too bad. He just waved his hand to give it some air and it was fine. As the two talked, he thought about what Hikarus talent was, he hadn't quite gotten the talent yet, he felt familiar but with all the introductions, they had gotten a little muddled in his head.
"I think 16 was right, there might of been a few more" Glancing up to the right hand corner of the kitchen, he tried to think back to in induction. Sure it hadn't been that long ago, but there were so many introductions he had kind of lost count. Especially since he'd been so tired as well, only just a little more awake at that moment. He hummed slightly as he thought before nodding "16 sounds right at least, that's smaller than most classes I've ever been in~" He seemed in a good mood as he looked back at the other two and sipped his drink. Wincing back a bit when it burnt his tongue slightly.

Amelia didn't seem to mind the heat at all.
"Thanks, dude~" Accidentally saying the entire sentence in English, she hopes he picks it up that she was thanking him. She holds the hot chocolate in both hands, even resting it on her bare knees as she leaned forward. This girl had a high tolerance for heat, and that much was obvious.
"No, I'm from America." She chuckled nervously. "I'm the ultimate pilot." She introduced herself with pride.
After answering, she sipped her drink, only then acknowledging the heat in her tongue. But she swallowed it anyway.
"I think..?" She placed a hand on her head and rubbed it. "There were so many.. But, hey, we can say there was at least three, right?" She laughs lightly at herself, feeling carefree. That worry of the language slowly leaving her mind.

This one just looked at the two. "...Ultimate Pilot, that's interesting...." He said looking at Amelia. "What of yours?" He asks looking directly at Tori now. He didn't wanna try to make enemies with obviously, he wanted to try to get to know these two better. Since these were the first two he encountered and attempted to have normal convos with. He thinks that these two would make fine acquaintances or friends as long as he keeps his cool a bit.

He assumed the girl thanked him, after all that'd be better than assuming bad manners from her. Plus she seemed to be pretty smiley so he was sure she was grateful for it, though her heat tolerance was quite something.
He looked back at Hikaru, the direct eye contact was a little strange but he didn't mention that either. It was obvious this boy was trying to be friends at least. "Haven't I said? I'm the ultimate therapist! Not really as cool as pilot but, Y'know" a nervous smile as he looked up and down Hikaru "Did you say yours already or am I just forgetful?"

She placed her cup to the side, waving her hands to in retaliation to Tottori.
“No dude, you’re just as important as any pilot. You’re one of those guys that helps people’s sanities. And that’s more important than taking people from place to place. Or at least that’s what I think.” She gives him a bright smile, happy to be able to talk to easily as she normally would with people at home- though he grammar is probably completely off.
Turning to Hikaru again, she tried to remember what had had mentioned. She rubs her chin, feeling like she recalls his words the meeting not too long ago.
“Didn’t you say it was, like.. The Ultimate Hypnotist? Magician..?” She couldn’t quite get the word, but she felt like she was in the right ball part as she answered. After speaking she picked up her hot chocolate once again and drank it slowly.

"....Illusionist...but Magician is fine by me too...." He said quietly and clearly as he nodded. "So... the Ultimate Therapist, and Pilot... interesting set....I'm curious on who else his here attending...." He mutters to himself with his arms crossed, head turned away from the others.
He stood there in silence again, feeling bit awkward around them. "...." He asks himself why's he even being silent all the time around them, he's not usually used to be people, but he had to try at least, he feels like he can trust these two.
